A voice in the trailer reveals that Rake did in fact clinically die, even briefly showing the hero in a coma. After he sustains a head wound during Extraction 2's prison riot scene in the trailer, it looks like Rake could still dealing with some potential cognitive effects from his prior injuries.<br /><br />Rake may have been clinically dead, but that sure doesn't seem to have affected his ability to take out numerous enemies in quick succession. The prison riot scene features the same clear-cut and intricately-choreographed action from the first movie and has previously been revealed to be a part of the sequel's extended oner sequence.
